Olivia’s expertise in property management is undeniable, as she efficiently oversees our 25 short-term and 25 long-term rental units. Her commitment to exceptional service ensures that each guest and tenant enjoys a top-notch experience, while also fostering strong bonds with homeowners. JUSTIN THEILIG
Justin’s career began at Kiawah Island Resort, a distinguished 5-diamond resort, where he learned how to deliver an unparalleled guest experience. This experience underscored the significance of meticulous property upkeep and delivering a memorable stay to every guest. Following his time at Kiawah he managed 30 homes in the greater Charleston area – from Folly Beach to Isle of Palms. During that time he sharpened his expertise in property management and guest satisfaction which are a few of the skills he brings to the CKC Team.
